Culinary workshop for international researchers
On 28 May 2026, the WePoint team hosted a culinary integration workshop for international and Polish researchers. The event provided a unique opportunity to explore elements of traditional Polish cuisine in an academic and collaborative setting. Participants engaged in hands-on preparation of one of Poland’s most iconic dishes—pierogi—under guided instruction. The workshop fostered intercultural exchange and strengthened connections among the university’s research community. Following the cooking session, attendees enjoyed tasting the dishes they had prepared together. The initiative combined cultural education with team-building and networking opportunities.
The workshop was carried out as part of the project “Internationalization of SGGW – Attracting Foreign Talent” under the “Welcome to Poland 2023” program of the National Agency for Academic Exchange, agreement number BNP/WTP/2023/1/00050/U/00001. The project is managed by the International Relations Office.
